- Describe the following situations when “God showed up.” Genesis 16:1-13; Joshua 5:13-6:2; Judges 6:11-16; Daniel 3:1-30; Ezekiel 1:1-5, 22-28. Apply each of these situations to your life.
- When has God’s Word come alive to you? Describe the circumstances and what He seemed to say to you through His Word.
- What are some of the benefits you receive from reading the Word? Psalm 119:11; 119:115; Isaiah 6:8; 30:21; Ephesians 5:26.
- Who is the Word? See John 1:1-2, 14; Revelation 1:12-13; 19:11-13.
