November 6

Morning

When Christ who is our life appears,
then you also will appear with Him in glory.

I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. § God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. § For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words. § When He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. § It is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness, it is raised in power.

If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.

Col. 3:4; John 11:25; 1 John 5:11–12; 1 Thess. 4:16–18;

Evening

Lead me in Your truth and teach me.

When He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth. § You have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things. To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. § All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. § The Holy Scriptures … are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye. § The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. § If anyone wills to do His will, he shall know concerning the doctrine, whether it is from God. § Whoever walks the road, although a fool, shall not go astray.
