Morning
When He is revealed, we shall be like Him,
for we shall see Him as He is.
As many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name. § By which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
Since the beginning of the world men have not heard nor perceived by the ear, nor has the eye seen any God besides You, who acts for the one who waits for Him.
Now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.§ Christ … will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself. § As for me, I will see Your face in righteousness; I shall be satisfied when I awake in Your likeness.

Evening
“The Man . . . is My Companion,” says the Lord of hosts.
In Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. § I have given help to one who is mighty; I have exalted one chosen from the people. § I have trodden the winepress alone, and from the peoples no one was with Me.
Great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh. § Unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
The brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high. § To the Son He says: “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever.”
Let all the angels of God worship Him.
